Does anyone know if Castrol SAF-XJ 75w/140 is ok to use with ASR and perhaps also combined with Geräuschminderungszusatz A 000 989 82 0.

Hi Margon,
yes, it is ok.
This oil has no "Freigabe" von Mercedes but a lot of guys drive this oil in their Hinterachsmittelstück and no one got problems.
I'm not shure, but I think that the newer AMG's gets this oil from the first day...
